My husband and I moved in with his parents. I have no kitchen privileges. I buy all my meals, and I am having a hard time getting a variety of healthy meals. I finally came up with buying a 8oz cup, filling it up with a variety of meal items, ie, 2oz meat, 6oz veggies, and calling that a meal three times a day, and one snack. It's been one week I lost 3 lbs.
