a few days of calorie watching has paid off
197.5 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2355 kcal Fat: 86.11g | Prot: 60.72g | Carb: 356.89g.   Breakfast: Reduced Fat Milk, Bauli Croissant Soffice Sfoglia, Ribena Blackcurrant Juice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Peach, Plums, Watermelon, Figs, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Tuna, Butter, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Dinner: Tesco Iceberg Lettuce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Wholemeal Bread, Birds Eye Cod Fish Fingers (4), Sweet Cherries, Waitrose Tomato Salsa. Snacks/Other: McVitie's Digestives, Plums, Sweet Cherries, Bananas. more...
