Haven't weighed in the last 2 weeks. I am trying to weigh every 2 weeks. Forgot to this morning but I will tomorrow. I am not expecting much. Had a cold this last week and had some soups that weren't very good carb wise, but were great for the cold.
I find it difficult to stay with the Atkins if I don't feel well. Back at it this week.
