Good morning! I hope everyone had a good weekend. I went a little high on my carbs yesterday. Nothing outrageous, but TOM always makes me eat more than I should. I had a bit under 27 NC and I am in trace ketosis this morning. I am thinking it has more to do with some of what I ate, not really the number of carbs. I had an Atkins bar, serving of almonds, and two sugar free chocolates. I don't usually eat all those in one day. I will be okay though. I weighed in at 199 again and I am still on TOM, so I think the damage will be minimal if any. I will be watching closely for the next few days though.
