I am proud of myself. I did not cheat on Thanksgiving. Everyone else was gobbling up all kinds of food while I ate my own dishes that I made. It didnt bother me at all. So Ive been doing very well.

290.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
