Lotus's Journal, 29 November 2007

Well today is another day. I know I should go back to level one because I went off my diet for almost a whole week at Thanksgiving, but I have certain things in the house that only I will eat, such as unsweetened soy milk, fat free yogurt, sugar free pudding, and double fiber bread. I can't stand to waste food, and these are all things allowed on level two, so i think i will just go with that. I will probably go back to level one next week though, to give my weight loss a boost. I had lost 5 pounds in two weeks ,and gained it back in one. Talk about depressing. Hopefully this site will keep me motivated and inspired even through the holiday season.

A weight doctor once told me that if the scale moves "up" one day, its called "temporary" weight gain and is easy to take off if you get back on track for three days! Just 3 days! If you wait more than 3 days it becomes "perm" weight gain and is harder to take off. Maybe you could go to phase 1 for 3 days and then back to phase 2?? depends on the expiration date of your goodies. Of course that weight doctor advice was a long time ago. But it seemed true to me
