I was surprised to find I'd lost 1 pound after this weekend. I have family visiting from New York and Sunday was spent eating. I was so disappointed with myself and my lack of will power where the brownies were concerned. I couldn't stay away from them and through the course of the day I probably had 4 or 5. My mom makes the best brownies!! I feel better knowing I'm still on track.
10lbs to go and 3 days left in phase II!
