Anyone let me know how to cut down on my cab intake. I'm keeping oats for breakfast for now simply because it works for me but the other carbs I would give up if I could find a way. Carbs are i almost everything.

Focus on getting low glycemic healthy carbs. Lean meat, fruits and veggies are all on the lower end of the glycemic index. Corn, potatoes and peas I think are higher. But if you focus on getting these foods in, you will naturally lower your carbs. If you want bread, there are lower carb versions too. We all need a certain amount of carbs to live and for brain function, especially if you work out. You can also star reading labels to find out how many carbs on in certain foods.
