Have been doing the calorie controlled diet since monday and ive put weight on!! Have barely gone over 1,600 calories all week! The shocking thing is though when i worked out how many points i would have eaten on the weight watchers diet ive gone well over the points limit everyday so no wonder ive put weight on! Unfortunately this diet just isnt working for me so its back to counting points again as that worked, will still be recording everything on here as normal as its so easy to use and look back over what ive had, but counting calories alone just isnt working, ive put 9lbs on in 6 days! Good job i didnt go anywhere near my 2,300 calories a day i was allowed otherwise i dread to think what the weight gain would have been! From tuesday i have a new dance regime to start once the kids are back at school so hope i can shift these extra pounds ive unwittingly put on this week :(

Aw that sucks, ya unfortuneatly not all calories are created equal....... high protein/fibre keep you fuller longer and and burn more calories digesting as well. Well good luck in coming weeks.

Oh dear you are such a trier too Hun the weight watcher part would have helped, if you. Had said I would have come over and shown you where to find its but keep it as a journal and have confidence in knowing you can do it Hun. Xx
