Jill-gill's Journal, 15 February 2010

Not much been happening over the weekend ,hence the lack of journalling. I am plodding along happily, was a bit miserable yesterday and at a weaker point in my dieting career I may have ordered a take away! But I am a stronger person now and Dr Atkins has equiped me with everything I need to fight those carb / sweet demons! I am also not allowed to drink on my antibiotics so I am not pushing over the edge on wine! So had a very successful weekend really. Its half term this week so we have had a gloriously lazy morning and are heading off to the swimming pool later. Knackered children who go to bed early.. Free swimming and free showers - what more can you ask! Looking forward to weigh-in wednesday morn! Feels like an age since last time - but I am admiring my abstinence!
