OK, I'm starting for real tomorrow, June 19.
329.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Just do it. You'll be one day closer to your goal. The first few days of any diet are always hard BUT I find this diet to be the best for our family. Before I decided to lose weight, I decided to eat healthy. If you want to eat healthier then you're on the right track. This diet is designed to give you the control by actually smashing those darn cravings naturally (and by eating the right foods). It really works.
