Did good on the diet. For dinner I made stuffed roma tomatoes with mozzarella, parmesan and fresh basil. It was delicious, like eating a margherita pizza without the crust! I'm still talking about going to the gym, but not alot of action on my part.

Good grief that does sound good, and I don't even like cheese! I joined the Y here in town in August and didn't go until tonight. I've been *waisting* (pun intended) away not exercising. It made me feel good to go, even though I'd never been in except to sign up, I was proud I went on my own. So you can do it too!

You're right about the fat. I haven't been watching that part of my diet as much as the carbs.

Actually, I just remembered I got the recipe out of the SB diet book approved for Phase 1. I'll have to check the stats for this recipe.

Take your time going to the gym, keep hitting that same technique in the kitchen. In time you will go to the exercise with greater ease.

Can you say YUMM-o!! I'm hungry now, thanks! HAHA JK! Work on one part of your diet at a time and they say you'll make it a habit...(I should try that with the exercise part) Good job!
