I didn't go to the gym like I had wanted to. Just lazy. I haven't done a weigh in yet, but I will have to by this weekend. I joined the Christmas challenge so I need to be 3 pounds lighter by then.
This diet has not been very difficult for me, but it does consume my thoughts (what to eat, how much, etc.)

You will get used to it and it'll be second nature! I only buy healthy food, with the only exception of a food "healthy" foods for my kids, like whole grain gold fish crackers, 100% juice, etc., and then I don't have to worry if I feel like a snack, I don't have to worry, everything in my kitchen is good for me! :) Keep on keepin' on!!
