I have come to the conclusion that eating a big bowl of cereal for breakfast tends to make me much hungrier by lunch time, even compared to just having a cup of tea and a banana. It's only 9:45 and my tummy's already grumbling for my big salad for lunch :(

I've found that on the days I have eggs with a little ham or something a little more protein filled, I'm not as hungry in the a.m. But, on the days I grab a quick bowl of cereal (like today) I get the tummy grumbles starting at least an hour or so before lunch. Maybe it's just what we get used to. At least you have a big salad to look forward to for lunch.

I agree that protein is great for breakfast, it keeps me from starving all day. Hope lunchtime comes quickly :)

When I have carbs in the morning , I too am Hungry all day. Thats whay for years I didnt like to eat breakfast. I find the only way to avoid that is to load up on protein and not carbs.
