Not much change but not too worried about that. It usually runs in this pattern. You lose a couple days and then stay the same a couple days. I can't expect to drop every single day. Been doing great on not feeling hungry.

Hi WyoReece, Try not to focus so much on the number, that is one thing that I do wrong as well.. I am one of those that have to weigh everyday twice a day. The scale goes up and down everyday..so, I have learn to judge by the way I feel, even if the number is up and I feel great that is ok, cause I know that number will come down as long as I follow the program. Sometimes, our body will fight the loss and we don't see a number change for a week or longer but as long as I am losing inches it is ok. Also, this is a life long commitment so sit back and enjoy the Journey, you will learn so much about yourself and why you have an issue to begin with...it just takes time...I wish you the Best of Luck on your Journey....
