DAY TEN - DETERMINATION
I frankly had to find some determination this morning at 5:30am. My brain and body were struggling...both debating their case. Brain won...and I was on the treadmill (Prince, again) for 30 minutes. Last night my eating was off the chart, however, at lunch when someone else selects a restaurant to order food from for a group...you really don't have much of a choice and pick the item you think would be less damaging....

Still stressing...had a moment yesterday where it came to a head and I shouted at the top of my lungs at my dog, in front of my husband...who had not seen that moment before. I think I scared both of them. And I was a complete wake up to myself. Got to find a way to release that tension....do not want to do that again!!!
