I've been a slacker. The committment and determination that I had in January left me in this first half of February. I am disappointed and angry that I let myself get away with bad behaviour. I KNOW what I should be doing. I know what I shouldn't be doing, and I let myself make bad decisions for two weeks. Well, it ends today.
My hives have been flaring up since about the beginning of January. I go some days with nothing, then I have days like yesterday where I take 2 hydroxyzine and a reactine and still wake up with hives all over my arms, shoulders, and body. Even one on my left eyelid, but not the subcutaneous kind. They are definatly not as bad as I've seen them, but I'm still concerned that they might get out of control again. Even though I've been told that they are not due to any food allergy, I still have to believe that eating healthy and clean would be best. I must do this for my health, with the effect on the scale only a bi-product, and not a goal.
