That looks yummy and you can reduce the calories if you Steen the cabbage and the sausages first...spray a non-stick frying pan with coconut oil, sauté onions,tomatoes,pimentoes and when cooked add the steamed cabbage and sausage. You'll have great taste and flavour with much less calories. 

Sorry that word was supposed to be 'steam' ...trying to type fast messes up sometimes. 

mmm you could try this out with that Apple smoked chicken sausage and a dash of sriracha...mmmm😍
