My name is Kathy I'm 44 and have two daughters one is 5 yrs old and my oldest is 25 yrs old .....I have a hubby that's a great guy but likes thick girls so he feels that this is crazy and that I should love me for who God made me to be like he said if God wanted you thin you would be thin but he made you just for me thick I love him for that ....but i have never been a thin girl so I don't expect that but I don't want to be huge either. I did a diet for some time but then I started to feel very sick and got off the diet not sure if it was the easy way out but I'm back it will take me some time ( weight watchers ) to get the weight down .....so any help would be great hope to make new friends.

well today I started back I have gained back all the weight I had lost and add an extra 5 lbs. but I seem to be more mentally ready for it this time and also have got my menu and food together so I'm hopping for the best I still have to cook for the hubby and my 4 1/2 yr old but the good part is that she loves salads Laughing hope everyone happy life changes

Calling all sugar addicts!
I hear all of you I'm addicted to sugar in a bad way I hope to get back to the point that i dont crave it as much when i was on atkins the first few days I did crave it but after it was not as bad but i went back to my old ways of eating and gained the weight back but this time im goin to cold turkey wish me luck ....and good luck to everyone here

ANGIE I love the fact that your my FS Stalker because of that I'm doing better so thank you very much ....

@BBD5 I'm the same way if the food is here all I do is think of it ( when can I eat it ..I have to have it ..Oh my god give it to me ...how sad my mind sounds like its addicted to drugs) .....and yes my stomach was very upset it took two days I'm feeling alot better today and I'm sticking to Atkins....

Thank you Angie yes it was a suger high lol but I do feel much better today but still dont want to eat anything just had a cup of coffee I did bring down the carb count from 5 or 6 to 3 yea!!!!! I will try to bring it down some more... thank you for keeping up with me and giving me feed back yea!!!!
@ RIOCAZ thank you and true enough it is only one day out of alot but for some reason I get them more than I need lol but I am going to try even harder to to this.....
