What a struggle I'm still having. Eat good when I'm alone but when husband and son are here it is hard. Cannot get the energy to exercise. Feel like crap all the time, back hurts, head hurts, neck hurts. God please give me strength, energy and some motivation!!!
246.6 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
