DAY 223 ...What can I say ?
No excuses , all my own doing .
I eat when I am down , I comfort ear all the time . And don't you dare bring the subject up about chocolate .
I have found it hard this time around . And no , I do not want sympathy or good wishes. This is my journey and I have to make my own way around these obstacles. All I can do is try harder. .

I'm finding the will power lacking too Suzie. I need to try harder as well so thanks for pointing it out that I'm not the only one struggling - it helps.

Right then no sympathy it is! But take it from someone who is a chocaholic, the best advice I can suggest is do not have any in the house at all! So yes Suzie you have to try much harder!
