DAY 230 ....Internet been down . Bloody bt , all sorted now though . I have found out I may be addicted to the bad carbs , so we are going to try and change that . Plus I have a new exercies regime . All we do now is to wait and see . Afterall this is only day 2 . So going to carry on for this week . Might be some interesting post on here , if my internet holds it all together .
