Good Morning to all. Still having portion control issues. One day at a time right? As difficult as breaking free from this addiction is, I am more content with who I am then I've been in a long time. Strangely my husband, who had become comfortable in his role as co-dependent is so irritable, because he can't fix this, so he is having role identity issues. Pray for us and as always be encouraged.

I just posted on the same thing, portion size. And why is it we always assume they are smalled than what they are? Wishful thinking?
