Just as I had thought, my old scale was a little off. I spent $50.00 and bought a quality one that tracks body fat and water percentage. I definitely have a ways to go, but I am pressing on and I know from now on that everything I record is accurate.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
