I finally got on that darned old treadmill for the first time in quite a while.....I had to clean the dust off of it just to be able to read the screen. I was already tired after only jogging 1/2 a mile, but I have to admit, I feel great now that it is done. To think that I used to be able to run 2+ miles with ease! I will get there again, I just have to keep reminding myself that it is one day at a time. Rome wasn't built in a day you know! Until next time. Have a great day everyone! ~
