I always input my food before I eat but Hubs surprised me with a stop at my fav Mexican joint. Was my first time ordering OMAD/KETO there. Oh oh my, was it ever so good. But my macros were ALL off! LOL.. first time in 4 months! I passed eating the tortilla and ordered extra jalapenos! Whoa.. talk about being in love.

Tapney I was over 1550 which is my cut off. Rather have less fat than risk over consuming what I will burn off. I don't exercise so I have a calorie ceiling. But that was a good suggestion!! 💜💚❤
