Happy Wednesday! My day has at least started well. I got my tax refund, so I was up early this morning paying off some bills. I got on the scale and I am down to 201! I know it is partly because I didn't eat much yesterday. This new medication takes away my appetite and I have to force myself to eat some days. Hopefully it will stay there tomorrow though. Even if it doesn't, my short term goal of onederland before 2/28 is a definite possibility! I did drag out some clothes that were in a bag marked "too small" and not only did a lot of them fit now, but a pair of pants are now too big and one shirt is so big I can sleep in it now! It is so encouraging to finally see signs other than the number on the scale!
