Happy Wednesday! My day has at least started well. I got my tax refund, so I was up early this morning paying off some bills. I got on the scale and I am down to 201! I know it is partly because I didn't eat much yesterday. This new medication takes away my appetite and I have to force myself to eat some days. Hopefully it will stay there tomorrow though. Even if it doesn't, my short term goal of onederland before 2/28 is a definite possibility! I did drag out some clothes that were in a bag marked "too small" and not only did a lot of them fit now, but a pair of pants are now too big and one shirt is so big I can sleep in it now! It is so encouraging to finally see signs other than the number on the scale!

Yippy skippy! You're doing so well! The appetite bit kinda stinks since forcing yourself to eat isn't fun but at least you are paying attention and making sure your body gets the fuel it needs to burn that fat. Ans since you're so close to your mini goal thats !!!!!!!!

Oh and the bills being pais.. I'm sure you're so relieved to get those done. Way to go takin care of that business asap.
