Haven't posted her in a long time! I decided to do a muscle contest in August of 2016 and began training g in January 2017. I competed in a muscle contest April 8, 2017 and was so pleased with my 2 month transformation! I started my journey at 139 ponds and my stage weight was approximately 115 pounda! In one month I gained about 10 pounds back but I love my body. Start training again Monday so that I can compete again next year. with a years training I hope o can completely knock it out of the park!
