LATE ENTRY - 5/10/17 (can't figure out how to journal from the latest iphone app version and didn't get it done at home after work).

Woke at 206.4, the same as yesterday. Doing a 650 calorie IF day today. UPDATE: Came home at 205.6 after not eating all day. Got four miles in. Details later.
