wow down another 2 lbs great (maybe water weight but we'll see)

B:- Poached egg
1x 1" cube cheese

L:- Prwn cocktail (low fat/sugar dressing)

S:- 20 Pistachio's

T:- Cod, mashed cauli, peas and carrots

water water water water water water water water water water

aiming for 10 large glasses of water and 5kms on bike

already done the grocery shopping and so would've burned cals already (didnt know you burn cals driving too!!)
