well foot is all better and im determined to get back on the bike today and the rest of this week and see what a difference it will make down another pounde from weekend which is also great yipee back on the downward slope!! ps just did 3km on bike (approx 2mile) plan again to do another 3kms later not bad from going from doing no exercise at all!!! start steady what i say a little is better than none!
