Still plateaued at around 140, been slacking a bit on my diet lately especially last weekend. Spent Saturday at the in-laws and had a barbecue and then went to a super bowl party on Sunday. Had fajitas and a few beers. Now back and going strong. Im going to cut out the alcohol for a month and see what that does, I definitely think that is my biggest down-fall as far as my diet.

860 kcal Fat: 12.19g | Prot: 55.84g | Carb: 140.25g.   Breakfast: berries, blueberries, strawberries, monster low carb, cottage cheese 2% milk. Lunch: fat free feta cheese, spinach, fat free balsamic dressing, cherry tomatoes. Dinner: skim milk, lean cusine cheese pizza. Snacks/Other: jello pudding, banana, sara lee deli turkey, 45 calorie bread. more...
