I'm starting atkins tomorrow im super nervous and excited :)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

ok well im almost finished day one of induction and it was really hard ut right nows the hardest i want sugar!!!lol im being a baby but i care tomorrow will be better....i hope :)

the atkins bars taste great... and splenda sugar substitute works for me when i want a sweet tea or coffee.
