I just have to get over it, and know that this is going to be the hardest thing I have ever done. I'm pretty stressed and when I'm stressed and scared I eat....maybe I should just get active instead of sitting in front of y computer or the T.V. and feeding my face. I guess food just make me feel good, because I love food. I need to start loving me more and know that I can do anything I set my mind to!
