So....yesterday I watched a movie called FOOOD MATTERS....it was eye opening! I am forever changed....this next year is going to be a sweet ride and I just can't wait to see the changes this will make in my life.....EVERYONE should find this movie and watch it....if they want to healthier and the weight that shouldn't be there will just melt away in the process....if you want to wait and see.....I will keep you updated! :)
