I somehow managed to go over net carbs yesterday without meaning to. I had 24. I should cut out the coffees with cream I think.
I have tried numerous different flaxmeal things in an attempt to find a quick fix breafast that doesn't include fish (URG! Fish for break) and I just can't on with the stuff. I think it tastes vile.. Dry and chewy. I think I 'll have to stick to my yummy omelete and the occassional bar if I am rushed. I had to force that pancake down this morning! I wasn't going to go out without any food inside me and I wasn't prepared to waste another 2 eggs!! I felt really hungry yesterday though. I felt it all day and had to have lunch and dinner early and I went to bed hungry. I am due my period soon may be thats the reason. I am staying on induction after weigh in tomorrow. I think I need to with the little extras I keep having. The odd glass of wine or a few nuts.

Coffee is really tough to kick, especially if you like it as much as I do. Try having it with heavy cream - less carbs and really tasty. Frim what I have read, coffee doesn't necessarily stall you, but if you drink it and you crave a doughnut chaser, best to cut it out, if not keep drinking it. Try making a casserole once a week that you can have for breakfast every morning, quick, easy - great way to use flax seed. I have a great casserole made of hamburger,spinach,cheese,onion,egg, flax and I top it off with some sour cream and it's great, every morning. Make it once a week and I'm good for the next 6 days, also good if you are short on time and need to eat something. Good luck!
