Coffee is really tough to kick, especially if you like it as much as I do. Try having it with heavy cream - less carbs and really tasty. Frim what I have read, coffee doesn't necessarily stall you, but if you drink it and you crave a doughnut chaser, best to cut it out, if not keep drinking it.
Try making a casserole once a week that you can have for breakfast every morning, quick, easy - great way to use flax seed. I have a great casserole made of hamburger,spinach,cheese,onion,egg, flax and I top it off with some sour cream and it's great, every morning. Make it once a week and I'm good for the next 6 days, also good if you are short on time and need to eat something. Good luck!
