have you tried Miyoko's Creamery cheeses or Dr Cow ? those are my favourites! I think much healthier and delicious than Daiya. looks wonderful, btw! vegan totally works for me...been raw vegan since 1983 - 100% love it!

That looked AMAZING! I ordered a beer salad at an overpriced restaurant last week. I had them pack half to go because I saw online that ONE salad from there is TWO servings... it was terrible. I'm going to make one like this tomorrow!!!
