I have lost another 2 lbs this week - and am very surprised and delighted. I have not been this weight since about 1993!!!
We go away on Monday for a week's holiday and I fully intend to indulge - that's what holidays are all about!! 😀 😃😀 😃
If I gain a bit it will come off later. I am never going back!!!!!
FS is such a brilliant site, I couldn't have managed without it, that's for sure.
