We went on a picnic yesterday...we took our healthier low calorie lunch but problem was, I guess, we ate our snacks with our lunch. Lunch was 457 Calories, 25.53 carbs....we did a lot of walking yesterday which also could account for the 1.4 ounces this morning. Where we had our picnic is quite a distance from where you have to park, plus we have to walk at a fairly steep incline. It is a lovely place surrounded by a rushing mountain stream with ducks and geese. It is in Cherokee, NC (reservation) and is called The Island. I have gone there since I was a child. Then last night we went to our home town's river walk...went down steps but had an incline when we came from the river to the street to head back down...about 3 blocks to where we parked...making a circle. I've been trying to keep my meals at little over 200 calories. I didn't eat a snack last night, so dinner was the last meal which only consisted of grilled chicken...no carbs but the calories were there.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
