Do I have to weigh in??????
As I thought, I'm up, not as much as I thought I would be, but still "up". yesterday was day 1 of cutting down/out the Mt Dew. I made it through with only 1. I drank a glass or two of water with cucumber slices in it. It was good. I made "Sassy Water" last night, but I don't think I'm going to like it. I only tried a small drink this morning - it seemed to powerful of other tastes. I'll try it again in a bit.
I"m going to go take a walk now. My knee has been really, really bothering me the last several days.
It's also Day 2 of vacation. (I took 7). Trying to get into this diet again. Dropping Dew is #1 habit to drop; Walking at least 20 minutes is #1 to start up. Baby steps, one week at a time...
