Gaining weight but also gaining muscle. I know it is not fat as i have a low fat menu and high protein high super food diet going on right now. My abs are becoming more defined and my leg's are solid.
165.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
