Soulnoid's Journal, 01 February 2012

Day 10- Another good day, actually had to drink a beer to get my cals up! Also had a great work out. Tried the stationary bike for the first time in a long time, man can you burn some cals on that thing and it does not hurt my shins.

On another note I thought about a few things today related to my diet. I realized the time was right to do this. As I continue down this path I find I am a much happier person. A year ago I was working at a job that I once loved and became very turned off by or the company/man I was working for. It was about this time last year I started to talk to my current employer and once I was hired changes started to happen. It took 6 months, but I got back my love for sales and work for a company I am proud of once again. Once the job was better I started to focus on myself and being happy. Like I stated in an earlier entry, I decided to be positive about things in the fall and good things have happened. Now I have started this diet along with working on completing projects and I have not felt this good in years.

Plain and simple if you don’t like what you do, CHANGE IT! If you don’t like yourself, CHANGE YOURSELF! If there is something you don’t like, CHANGE IT in a positive way! (Of course this is only if it is better for all involved?) I don’t know how someone can do a job that they don’t like….. but I worked at a job I lost faith in for 3yrs! (BTW, I worked at the old job 7+ yrs, the first 4 yrs were great, but things changed.)
