Plyocide in the AM. I'm glad to be back to morning workouts :)
165.9 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet P90X - Nutrition Plan   losing 0.7 lb a week
