NUTRITIONISTS MADE ME LAUGH YESTERDAY..goood saturday morning..got email from her tellin me about someone shes been watching on you tube..she looks at food from a nutritionist side as whats healthy and cutting all the starch, sugar, carbs..an how he has this new plan..turns out its alot like what i have been following long before i ask her to give me ideas..as i fast alot..and for me it works..what she taught me was.. even though i thought i was eating clean..i was or did have stuff in house that wasnt as clean as it could be..it does cost more to eat cleaner...but o so worth it..

did over 5000 in steps yesterday an even rode the bike/trainer for 30 minutes..actually felt good to ride..but only did 30 minutes cause i wasnt sure how leg would feel today from it...so far so good...

raining here again today..not sure if i will be able to get out an walk to get more steps in today or not..did manage to get a walk in yesterday outside..but had to walk in a light sprinkle ..cooler temps again today..only in the 50s..an with the rainy condictions doesnt really feel that warm..

fat bombs are waiting to be made..as is cheese its..bread was a hit with everyone that got samples yesterday..only problem is its almost gone again...probably wont make any more bread for a while..instead might just use recipe an make muffins..would be something to have an egg on in the mornings...

well..coffee is gone...almost 6am..crock is cooking the chicken for the weeks prep..time to make the fat bombs..and do a few other things around house while i decide if i want to get out for a short walk..just been doing half mile..kinda building up the steps..tryin to add more each day..

ty glen..i really miss walking a distance like i once was able to..so anytime my legs can take walking..i do it until my legs say they have had enough ..then its back to riding the bike for a workout..
