Today is a tough day; had a cariologist appointment and testing for my Orange Belt in Karate tonight. Oh man, am I nervous. I'm trying hard not to binge on snacks! Wish me luck!

Hi My name is liz. Congrat on testing for your orange belt. I do karate too. But i had to stop for a while. I fell and fracture my ankle in three place and torn a ligament in half. I can't wait to get back to classes. I'm a blue belt.

Sorry to hear about your injury, it sounds painful! I've only broken my hand and toes, so far. I love the training, and the bonus is; I get a workout.
Hopefully you will be able to get back to Karate,soon. It can be rewarding.
