By all means help yourself to the macros I track. Additionally I drink 1 to 1.75 gallons of fluid a day. I try to limit my caffeine intake to about 20oz (tracked in my macros) to keep adrenals healthy (despite a stressful demanding job). I don't use pre-workouts but DO take clean BCAAs to support my workouts intra.

You do look awesome! I want to follow you for inspiration. I used to build muscle rapidly and didn't like the affect it had on my arms as a teenager. I would never lift weights. Well you know what I'm 52 now and I'm starting to lift weights. ☺ You truely are an inspiration. Your diary of meals, your notes, your success.
