I'm getting ready for spring and I need some new tricks.
A few months ago I stopped working out regularly because my work schedule conflicted with my fitness classes. I put on about 7 pounds since that lifestyle change and my clothes are getting really tight. I'd better at least change my eating while I wait for classes to start up again in March.
March 3rd I'm flying to Florida to see family and I'd like to look the same as the last time they saw me.
Tick tock.
