Good morning and happy Tuesday!

This is turning out to be a super stressful week. One of our fur babies..Sarge.. pinched a nerve in his back in October. We have been taking him to a canine chiropractor, and although he's improved, he's not getting permanent relief. So, we have CT scan scheduled for next Thursday just to see what's going on. Sigh.

Back to moi...I did kettle bell lifts and figure eights this morning at 4:15am. After work, I plan to do a kickboxing and cardio DVD. As far as food, I'm having mostly fruit today. I want to keep my foods light for a few days with just mainly fruit, veggies, and water.

Hope you all have a great day!

Oh pretty pup. I have one that torqued his back and it took a lot of bed rest and pain killers for him to get back to himself. I hope your baby does as well.

Thanks Miandreah...that makes me feel a lot better :) I'll be happy as long as we don't have to do surgery. The man doing the CT is a neuro specialist with 35 years experience, so that makes me a lot less nervous. I'm praying with get the '4 weeks in crate/limited mobility' diagnosis!
