VeggieJunkie's Journal, 10 April 2017

Good morning and happy Monday,

I'm not sure where the weekend went, but that's what happens when there is lots of yard work to do.

This morning I did 25 each of kettle bell swings and deadlifts, and will do cardio and kickboxing DVDs when I get home.

I'm bringing a mason jar salad to work for lunch, with kiwi and an apple as snacks.
