Good morning and Happy Hump Day!
It was after midnight when we got to bed last night, so I slept until 4:30...no morning workout.
I'll do a couple of workout DVDs when I get home.
I'm still sticking to my fruit/veggie/water meals for the time being. I just really love the way I feel when I keep it light.
Today's lunch...2 kiwi, 1 banana, and water...can't get 'cleaner' than that! :). I'm making veggie stir fry with tofu for dinner, with cauliflower steaks on the side.
